From the Classroom Educator to Transformational Leader

Hello, I’m Khayla Kelley-Morton. I am an educator, curriculum strategist, and content facilitator dedicated to empowering growth and meaningful change. My career began in the classroom, teaching Family and Consumer Sciences, leading student organizations, and designing culturally responsive programs and content that deeply resonate with students.

I hold a B.S. and two M.S. degrees from Eastern Illinois University, where I developed a strong foundation in curriculum and instruction. Over the years, I’ve expanded my skills to support educators, school districts, and organizations beyond the classroom.

Whether I am crafting engaging content, leading interactive workshops, or providing personalized coaching, I transform knowledge into impactful learning experiences through KTKM Consulting.
